Dream’s For Change – A new idea in helping the homeless in San Diego

Our Safe Parking Program provides individuals and families who have become temporarily homeless due to an unplanned or unforeseen event the chance to thrive. Many of these people have jobs and find themselves living in their car. Our program is here to help. We provide these individuals with assistance to help them back into permanent housing.
