To our beloved Shadow Mountain Sunday School Ladies,

We are in the midst of the Feast of Tabernacles, as tens of thousands of Jews from around the world have gathered here in Jerusalem and surrounding suburbs to “dwell” in small quickly assembled booths or squared tents (tabernacles) from a variety of materials.

This is the great feast which for us who know Him—that our LORD “tabernacled” among His people in Sinai, among His people in the flesh 2,000 years ago, and that in the near future, the tabernacle of God will be with men PERMINENTLY in a new Jerusalem:

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. Rev 21:3-5

Are we not looking forward to that day? Meanwhile, we are about helping bring as many as the LORD our God will call into that blessed day.

We went into the Old City this past week for part of a day, but we have still not gone to sight-see the many Biblical sights. Michael wants to do prayer walks around the city this week. He is deeply burdened for his people who are very religious, and going through the motions of religious activity, but are blinded to the real meaning (person) they are celebrating.

Please pray for me, as we must find the keys to unlock the issues which continue to cause me much agony of mind, body, and spirit. We will be meeting with an international ministry of prayer headquartered in Georgia, USA. They specialize globally in training God’s people to walk in all aspects of healing and deliverance. We are planning to stay with their local compound for three days, the 14th, 15th and 16th of this month. There is a reasonable bed and breakfast charge and a fee for the program, altogether about $100 for the stay and teaching program.

The program ends with several hours of individual prayer for each member of the class. There will be four or five couples attending. Thank you for praying that this opportunity will give us the insights and tools to free me in every way to be most effective for our Father, and the work He has brought us here to do.

It is such a blessing to us that you all are back there praying for us. The spiritual warfare here is as intense and challenging as it was for us in Siberia among the Shaman witchdoctors. This is where Scripture tells us it will all be focused as the Messiah returns to claim the throne of His father David—and the nations of this world and the god of this world want no part of that inevitable day.

All our love and deepest appreciation from Jerusalem,

Diane Meagher
