Memorial Day: To God be the Glory! Our Faith in Action Through Volunteers

Praise God for the many volunteers who came and served the poor and homeless this morning. Heart of Faith Community Church, National City, led us in worship: over 20 volunteers helped to serve and demonstrate the love of Christ to all who came.

The gospel message was presented. Many seeds were planted. May our gracious God cause the increase and may others water and nurture as God empowers. We trust our God through Jesus Christ to transform hearts and change lives.

We expect to maintain our rotation with God’s Extended Hand. We will let everyone know when our next opportunity to put our faith into action comes. May God use you and me everyday as we seek to join Him in the work He is already doing.

Holy God, keep us faithful and obedient to go and to do whatever you have already planned.
