Jesus loves me! This I know,
For the Bible tells me so;
Little ones to Him belong;
They are weak, but He is strong.

Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
The Bible tells me so.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. John1:1-5

Gordon L. Isaac wrote,

To tell the story of the Advent, the Apostle John goes back before the beginning of time. This audacious move is meant to show that the God who created heaven and earth, the God of Israel and now of the Church, the God of the infinite future, is the God of life and salvation. To say that “the Word was with God and the Word was God” indicates that God shares himself through the self-giving and the self-communication of language. God does not hold back, as if reserving himself in an impenetrable and unreachable heaven. The Christian gospel—the story of Advent—celebrates the fact that God comes to his own as the God who speaks.

God the Father has spoken, and his message to us is his eternal Son, Jesus Christ, who is made real to us through the Spirit. He was there at the creation: “Through him all things were made.” He is here in the present: “In him is life.” And he is coming to us from God’s infinite future as the “Light that shines in the darkness.” His promise of life extends to you and to me.

Yes! “…the God of life and salvation….comes to his own as the God who speaks….made real to us through the Spirit.” “His promise of life extends to you and to me.” Do you find yourself so very satisfied In Christ? How about sharing Jesus? Great News! “But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession In Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him.” 2 Cor 2:14. Moreover! “For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.” v. 15. We pray, pray, pray, because many around us are perishing and to others we are the fragrance of life! You! Me! Us! “…In Christ we speak before God with sincerity, like men [women] sent from God.” [!].

Brother, Sister, be encouraged! Be even more satisfied In Christ! Satisfied, confident, encouraged! Paul, through the inspiration of God the Holy Spirit encourages us! :). “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. ” Eph. 3:16-19.

Pray with us about our Christmas Outreach to the community, especially as we reach out to youth and families in need of supernatural love In Christ, through us!

We need your support! Prayerfully consider helping support our efforts to provide gifts, celebration, love, to many through activities, food, and power through sharing the life changing gospel! :). We are planning on a Christ celebration! Joseph and I discussed the weekend of the 19 or one of the following weekdays before Christmas…kids are out for Christmas break! Thank you for helping us through your prayers:).

Light and love to all who live.
